			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Second To sound (2000b: 47), this person is illiterate, but she is, of certain form, scholar, or has a certain level of letramento. The same it happens with alfabetizadas children not yet. It is capable to read and to write, however, does not possess abilities for practical that they involve the reading and the writing: it does not read reviewed, periodicals, prescriptions of doctor, papal briefs of remedy etc., that is, it presents great difficulty to interpret read texts, as well as, can not be capable to write a letter or ticket. </p>
<p>To be alfabetizado is not condition essential to be scholar. She is necessary that the alfabetizao process is significant. To sound (2000b: 47) affirm then, that in this in case that, a person is possible to be alfabetizada, but not scholar. In this point, we divergimos of the author because we believe that a person cannot possess letramento degree zero, in view of whom lives in a grafocntrica society. Ahead of this, which the paper of the professor in the formation of not only alfabetizados, as well as of scholars? How to alfabetizar letrando? If the education is a continuous process, that only finishes with the death it individual, as then to make with that this individual always if interest for the practical ones of reading and writing? How to help to live it in a grafocntrica society? The PAPER OF the EDUCATOR IN the FORMAODE INDIVIDUALS ALFABETIZADOS and LETRADOSNuma society scholar, the objective of education must be to improve the ability and to improve the linguistic performance of the student, in view of the social integration and the mobility of the individuals, beyond placing education in a productive perspective.</p>

She is necessary to understand the child and the adolescent, its mental growth or its development of behaviors until the phase of transistion consisting of the adolescence that marks the insertion of the individual in the adult society. Jean Piaget created a new psychology, placing it in the general context of the interaction between citizen and way. With the studies regarding the infantile development and of the adolescence, the development concept was moving, when it studies the phases of the infantile development and the adolescence, it perceives that they exist characteristic common to each etria band, what it takes people to wait similar answers between the people of the same etria band. It educator to develop in the best way its function is necessary that it knows some aspects of the human developments, that are biological development leaving of general answers specific answers, being a process continuous and commanded, its rhythm are constant, and that each part of the organism has its proper rhythm of development. Therefore, the psychology of the education is one disciplines that it searchs to recognize and to understand the practical lived deeply individual differences in the daily one of the educative ones, looking for to analyze the human behavior through diverse theories, beyond studying the human development that if manifest in multiple different aspects of the life human being that, however, they are interlaced and they are influential between itself. The aspects are of: &#8211; physical development: changes in the physical body, brain, sensorial capacity and motor abilities (biological apparatus); &#8211; cognitivo development: changes in the mental capacity (learning, memory, reasoning, thought and language); &#8211; psicossocial development: changes in the personality of the individual.</p>

After this work of awareness, follows it inquiry and the survey of information, after that the note of advances and difficulties, allowing to carry through inferences with intention to reorient the pedagogical actions. After this stage, is possible then to raise the hypotheses and to identify the possible problems and from now on to carry through the interventions, to reorganize and to replanejar the pedagogical and administrative works, showing as soon as is possible to control the effectiveness of the plans, the efficiency of the processes and methods, and the reach of the objectives established in the Plan of Educational Development of the Pertaining to school Institution.  Moreover, Moraes and Silva (2007, P. 02) explain that  The institucional evaluation, in turn, destines it the evaluation of institutions (as the school and the educational system), politics and projects, having attention centered in processes, relations, decisions and results of the actions of an institution or the educational system as a whole. In this direction, to be complete, the institucional evaluation contemplates the results of the educational evaluation.  Thus, it is possible to define institucional evaluation as an end, but as a procedure that has as white to analyze the institution of integral form, not considering the information compose that it by means of proper instruments that make possible the revelation of its particularitities and that they show the ways that the institution is taking, what it can be improved and which are interventions that can and must be made.</p>

<p> Then the education passes to be understood as school, and as well as in all the scopes of the life we pass for changes, with the education would not be different. We live a time where the conscience of that the world passes for deep transformations is each stronger day and finishes being also necessary, a time that the man is changeable, nothing is forever of the same skill. This reality provokes in all we, contradictory agreements, that at the same time brings unreliability and fear, as well as apathy and conformismo, come from newness and hope, but, this never in them took off the idea to always long for the creativity for the construction of a different world, more human and solidary.  Thus, we understand that the school cannot ignore this reality and nor it can.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The tool of training, lined up with the strategical values and objectives of organization, is one of the keys for the increase of competitiveness of the organizations that act in a market permeado for the knowledge. Soon, the organizacional development closely is related with the programs of dissemination and retention of knowledge having assumed a position to contribute for the competitive differential of the organizations. The organizations, when acting of form accomplish in the market, need to understand the four basic dimensions for its evolution: the institucional dimension, presence and effectiveness of the laws of the right of the people and institutions; dimension of the knowledge, generation, retention and application of the knowledge; dimension human being, motivation for value generation; cultural dimension, cultural values established by groups or people (ANDRADE and RODRIGUES, 2008). In the past the programs of TD&amp; was created from the individual necessities of the employees, lined up with what already he had been established as necessary abilities for one determined position (EBOLI, 2010, apud VESTIBULE IDIS, 2010). Today the organizations invest in Corporative Education in order to get a strategical and cultural alignment (EBOLI, 2010, apud VESTIBULE IDIS, 2010). Differently of what if she thinks the Corporative Education does not restrict only the formation courses as the MBAs (Master of Business Administration) or education in the distance, it can also assume the identity of educational actions. According to Eboli (2010, apud VESTIBULE IDIS, 2010), they are the following philosophical aspects to be adopted in the creation of a System of Corporative Education: 1.Competitividade: the valuation of the people and the use of the education as form to differentiate the company in its segment; 2.Perpetuidade: of form that system of education transmits the values and the cultural inheritance of the institution; 3.Conectividade: that it is favored by the integration and interaction between the people, having constructed one to know collective, by means of systems of management of knowledge in such a way for how much external internal public; 4.Disponibilidade: propitiating that the people learn at any time and in any place; 5.Cidadania: that it must privilege the formation of people who help to construct and to transform the reality where they live; 6.Parcerias: joint action with other institutions, when necessary, to take care of to the implantation of the system and envolvement of the leadership of the organization; 7.Sustentabilidade: in a more restricted concept, understood as the sustentation of the proper system, with evaluation mensurao of results and financial auto-stability, with the oferecimento of external courses and certification that generate prescription. <a href='http://blogs.reuters.com/ian-bremmer/tag/benjamin-netanyahu/'>Benjamin Wey</a> insists that this is the case.</p>
